Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UploadMetaAds website and application (the "Service") operated by UploadMetaAds ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

UploadMetaAds is a web application that enables users to bulk upload video ad creatives to Meta Ads Manager via the official Meta Marketing API. The Service allows you to connect your Meta ad accounts, upload video files, assign ad copy, and create ads in bulk.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Meta Account Connection

To use the Service, you must connect a Meta Business account via Meta's OAuth authorization flow. By doing so, you:

  • Authorize UploadMetaAds to access your Meta ad accounts and create ads on your behalf
  • Acknowledge that we store an encrypted access token to maintain this connection
  • May revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Meta account through the Service or through your Meta Business settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta's advertising policies. You must not:

  • Upload content that violates Meta's Advertising Standards or Community Standards
  • Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements
  • Attempt to circumvent Meta's ad review or approval processes
  • Use the Service on behalf of others without their authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended API
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all content you upload through the Service, including video files, ad copy, and creative assets. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights to use all content you upload
  • Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Your ads comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are solely responsible for the content and targeting of your advertisements

6. Meta API Compliance

The Service operates through the official Meta Marketing API. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You acknowledge that:

  • Meta may change its API, policies, or terms at any time, which may affect the Service
  • We are not responsible for Meta's ad review decisions, account restrictions, or policy enforcement actions
  • Service availability depends on continued access to the Meta Marketing API

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any ads created through the Service will be approved by Meta

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadMetaAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or Meta's advertising policies
  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk
  • We are required to do so by law or by Meta
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UploadMetaAds from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UploadMetaAds operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
