Data Deletion Request

At UploadMetaAds, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold, how to request its deletion, and what to expect from the process.

What Data We Hold

When you use UploadMetaAds, we may store the following data associated with your account:

• Account information — your email address and hashed password
• Workspace data — workspace name, membership, and role assignments
• Meta account connection — an encrypted Meta access token, your Meta user ID, and connected ad account IDs
• Upload history — records of bulk upload jobs and their status

Uploaded video files are stored temporarily during the upload process and are automatically deleted after the transfer to Meta is complete. We do not retain copies of your video files.

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of all data associated with your account, send an email to data@uploadmetaads.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your UploadMetaAds account
• A brief statement requesting data deletion

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your deletion request:

• We will verify your identity by confirming the email matches an existing account
• All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account and authentication credentials
• Your workspace memberships and associated data
• Any stored Meta access tokens and ad account connections
• Upload job history and metadata
• Any usage logs associated with your account

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the Service again.
• Deletion of data from UploadMetaAds does not affect your Meta Ads Manager account or any ads that were previously created through the Service. Those remain in your Meta account.
• If you are the only admin of a workspace, that workspace and all its data will also be deleted.

Alternative: Self-Service Deletion

You can also delete your account directly within the application at app.uploadmetaads.com by navigating to your account settings. This achieves the same result as emailing us.
